Orders

To place an order, choose the piece you want, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps.

Please check your order carefully before confirming.
Each order begins processing quickly, so once it is placed, it usually cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping

We offer free shipping across Europe and the United States on orders over €75.

For smaller orders, shipping is €7.95.

Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on where you are. During busy seasons, it may take a little longer, but you will receive updates along the way.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If something feels delayed or lost, write to us. We will help you look into it.

Returns & Problems

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
